Recipients and processors

We share data only with providers acting as processors on our behalf and under contract: On-demand production and logistics provider, established in the European Union, which receives the shipping data necessary to manufacture and deliver the products. Payment provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg), which processes payment data under its own policy. Web hosting: Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd, Cyprus — EU), acting as processor.

Email / newsletter platform: [to be determined — complete once you choose the provider] .

Web analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), subject to your consent; may involve a transfer to Google LLC (USA) — see section 4.

[Others: forms, social media or video embeds, if used.]

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may disclose data to authorities where legally required.

International transfers

04

International transfers

Production takes place within the European Union. Nevertheless, a provider may be linked to a company established outside the European Economic Area and transfer certain data to third countries (e.g. the USA). In that case, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). In particular, the use of Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision) and/or standard contractual clauses. You may request information about these safeguards.

Retention periods
05
05

Retention periods

We keep the data for the duration of the relationship (participation, order or subscription) and, thereafter, blocked for the applicable legal periods — in particular, the Austrian tax/accounting retention obligation of seven years — after which it is deleted. The visibility of the artist page is governed by the Open Call Terms (up to 5 years). Newsletter consent is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
06
06

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect), by writing to info@theinvisibleplot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at); if you reside in another EU country, with your local authority.
