We do not sell your data to third parties. We may disclose data to authorities where legally required.
Production takes place within the European Union. Nevertheless, a provider may be linked to a company established outside the European Economic Area and transfer certain data to third countries (e.g. the USA). In that case, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). In particular, the use of Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision) and/or standard contractual clauses. You may request information about these safeguards.
We keep the data for the duration of the relationship (participation, order or subscription) and, thereafter, blocked for the applicable legal periods — in particular, the Austrian tax/accounting retention obligation of seven years — after which it is deleted. The visibility of the artist page is governed by the Open Call Terms (up to 5 years). Newsletter consent is kept until you unsubscribe.
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect), by writing to info@theinvisibleplot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at); if you reside in another EU country, with your local authority.
To take part in an open call, buy in the shop or subscribe, you must provide the minimum data indicated. Without it, we cannot provide the relevant service.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on theinvisibleplot.com.
