What you get
4 real promises
01 /
YOUR WORK
GOES PUBLIC

Every submission is published on this platform. Real people see it. Real people vote on it. No filtering, no pre-selection. Just your work in front of the community.

02 /
YOU STAY
VISIBLE. ALWAYS.

Win or not — your artist page stays here indefinitely. Not for two years. Not while the plot is active. Forever. The QR on every shirt links here, always.

03 /
IF YOU WIN:
YOUR SHIRT.

The community votes your design onto a limited edition shirt made in Europe on organic cotton by Das Merch. You receive a share of each sale. We publish every number.

04 /
ZERO COST.
ZERO JURY.

No application fee. No jury. No portfolio requirements. Your background, your city, your connections — none of it matters here. Only the work. That’s the whole point.

Who can submit
Anyone. Really.
The short answer

IF YOU
MAKE
THINGS,
YOU QUALIFY.

We define “emerging artist” broadly. You don’t need a degree. You don’t need exhibition history. You don’t need to be from a specific country.

You need to make something worth showing. That’s the only bar. The community decides the rest.

We’ve had illustrators, street artists, photographers, typographers, printmakers and everything in between. The theme of each Plot is the brief — how you interpret it is entirely yours.

The checklist
Any medium — illustration, photography, typography, street art, collage, mixed media, digital. All valid.
Any country — we are international. Where you’re based doesn’t disqualify you.
Any background — self-taught, art school, street. Your biography is not a filter.
Original work — the design must be yours, created for this submission. No AI generated imagery.
×
Gallery representation required — not needed, not relevant.
×
Application fee — we will never charge to submit. Ever.
×
Minimum follower count — social media presence plays zero role in selection.
How to submit
4 steps
Step 01
READ THE
THEME

Each Plot has a theme — a word, a question, a tension. Interpret it however you want. Literally. Ironically. Abstractly. The brief is intentionally open.

Step 02
MAKE YOUR
DESIGN

Create a design that could work as a t-shirt print. That means thinking about colour, composition, and how it reads on fabric. We’ll give you a template to work with.

Step 03
FILL THE
FORM

Upload your design file (minimum 3000px, PNG or AI), a short bio, and your artist statement. Total time: under 10 minutes. We keep it simple on purpose.

Step 04
THE COMMUNITY
DECIDES

All submissions go live on the platform. Real people vote. The winner gets the shirt run. Every submitter gets a permanent artist page. That’s the whole deal.

FAQ
Do I keep the rights to my work?

Yes. Always. You retain full copyright. If your design is selected for the shirt, we license the right to produce and sell that specific run. Everything else — exhibitions, prints, other uses — remains entirely yours.

What does “emerging artist” mean?

We define it as anyone who hasn’t had major institutional representation or commercial success yet. There’s no rigid definition — if you’re unsure, submit anyway. The community will decide, not us.

Can I submit if I’m not from Europe?

Absolutely. The platform is international. We’ve had artists from Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Mexico and beyond. Location is irrelevant to your eligibility.

What if my design doesn’t win?

You still get a permanent artist page on this platform. Your work stays visible indefinitely. The QR on every shirt from this plot links to the winning artist — but your page remains here, always.

How much do artists earn if they win?

The win here is not money — it’s visibility, reach, and being part of something real. Your work on a shirt worn by real people. Your name on a permanent page. Your art funding a cause the community chose. Winners receive a symbolic royalty per shirt sold — and can choose to donate it entirely to the cause if they wish. Most do.

Can I submit more than one design?

One submission per artist per plot. We want you to focus. Make one thing really well rather than five things quickly. The community votes better when each submission is considered.
